We send an email to your registered address at least seven days before any update takes effect. The email includes a summary of what changed and a link to the full revised document so you can review every clause before the new version applies.

If you do not wish to accept revised terms, contact our support team before the effective date and we will close your account and release any available balance to your linked UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe account in line with the withdrawal process.

Access depends on local law in your state or territory. We make the lobby available where local law permits and it is your responsibility to confirm that accessing the platform is lawful in your specific location before you open an account.

Submit a data request through the Help Centre in your account dashboard or email our support team with your account reference. We aim to provide a data summary within 30 days of receiving a valid request, in line with applicable data law.

Raise a dispute via live chat or email within 30 days of the transaction date. Our payments team will review the transaction log and, where an error is confirmed, credit the correct amount back to your wallet within three to five business days.

We may suspend or close an account if we detect a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or activity that conflicts with applicable law. Except in cases requiring immediate action, we notify you by email before any suspension takes effect.

The governing law is stated in your account registration based on your declared jurisdiction. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our support process, it may be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body specified in the full terms document.
